Anxiety gets to everyone. It can creep up on us in the early hours of the morning, and keep us awake at night when we are so desperate to sleep. Anxiety does not distinguish hours of the day, nor does it distinguish whether or not you are in a good mood.
Happy Wednesday everyone! I decided that this post was much needed this week as I have found that between checking my dwindling blog analytics and lowered Instagram engagement, I have started to feel super low. I keep asking myself, why those things matter so much to turn my mood into a negative space and the answer is my self-esteem has become dependent on my accomplishments on social media.
We all know that having a steady health and wellness routine can be hard. Whether it is having no time for exercise, or no time for self-care, maintaining out wellness can fall through the cracks if our lives are hectic. But if you try to incorporate some health and wellness tips into your daily life, then they will slowly become routine.
Life is overwhelming. That is a basic fact. Most of us choose to accept this and continue on, breezing through difficult life decisions and easily overcoming challenges. But there are the select few of us, well a lot of us actually, who struggle and can’t find that crutch to overcome the obstacles blocking our growth.
